Hello dear members and welcome to our Submission Guide

Here, we're going to explain how to submit anything to
our gallery. Please pay attention as the ONLY
reasons for getting Declined in our galleries, are
submitting something to the wrong folder or violating
deviantART rules.


Submitting to our main Galleries

When you submit your deviation in deviantART, you are prompted
to choose a category (the button under the "deviation Title").
Basicaly, what you do there, is categorize your deviation depending
which category fits best to what you created.

In other words, this is what YOU believe your deviation really is. In our
group, we don't judge your deviation for it's content, therefore we don't
judge if you have correctly categorized your deviation. We trust that YOU
know better than anybody what you created when you created it.

So, If you take a look at our galleries, we have everything organized in the
EXACT same way deviantART categorizes deviations by the main categories.
All deviations that are sub-categories of these, MUST be submited under the
main category. Sub categories are everything that follows the main category.

Examples :

Fan Art (main) > Manga and Anime (sub) > Digital (sub) - Submission goes to our Fan Art gallery
Fan Art (main) > Cartoons and Comics (sub) > Traditional (sub)> Games (sub) - Submission goes to our Fan art gallery

Again,ALWAYS use the main category of your deviation to choose the correct gallery folder and you can't go wrong.

Right now, there is a limit of 1 submission per day

About Mature content submissions

Although mature content submissions are allowed in our group, they are allowed only when they have the appropriate mature content tag and when they do not violate deviantART rules .  You can find what deviations require mature content here : FAQ #554: Is my deviation Mature Content? . Also, the mature oriented material that is prohibited in deviantART can be found here : FAQ #565: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic imagery'; what do you consider this to be? .

Please note that the mature content rules apply to any type of art , literature included.

If you submit any kind of deviation that is breaking the rules about mature content submissions, you will be declined and if you do so repetedly, you will be kicked and blocked from our group.


Submitting to our Members monthly Best

This folder is all about promoting our member's BEST work that they create each month. It's going to be the only folder in our group that submittions will be judged on their quality compared to the rest of the work of the member that submits. Members should look at this folder as a "short-term feature". The submittions that will manage to get in that folder will remain there for 1 month, so if you have to submit anything, we recommend you do it in the first days of the month. At the end of the month, all deviations will be moved to our galleries.

Members can submit only one deviation per month in this folder. Also, no submissions will be declined. If your submission is not good enough, you will be prompted to withdraw and might also be given some helpful tips on how to get better. If the folder doesn't get any significant amount of submissions, then our group is going to suggest some deviations to be in the folder.

Submitting to our " Meet our Members " gallery folder

This folder is created for our Members to submit their deviant IDs. It's a way to get to know each other better! Every member can submit their own deviant ID (which should be a self-portrait picture). There is a limit of one submission per month and submissions are subject to vote. Offensive, mature content or anything that's against the group or deviantART rules will be declined.


Suggesting a favourite to our group

Members can suggest their favourites to our group's favourite featured gallery. Submissions there, are NOT auto-accepted and our members can only suggest one favourite per week. Suggestions to our group favourites will be moved to our galleries at the end of each year. Also, if a member suggests a deviation of their own as a favourite, it will be Declined . This folder is for members to suggest their favourite art from friends & watchers, not their own.
